With over five years of hands-on experience in early childhood education, I’ve had the privilege of supporting babies, toddlers, and young children through some of the most important stages of their growth. My background includes working in licensed childcare centers, nurturing toddlers in classroom settings, and building strong, trusting relationships with families across Jonesboro.

I created Zen Sprouts to offer something deeply needed today: gentle, nature-inspired care that honors each child’s unique rhythm. My approach blends calm routines, emotional connection, and mindful, play-based learning. I believe children thrive when they feel seen, safe, and supported — and my work centers around creating that kind of environment every day.

Whether I’m nannying full-time, supporting a family part-time, or giving a playroom a fresh, functional reset, my mission is the same: to provide intentional, holistic care that helps little ones grow with confidence, curiosity, and peace.
